1.Cancel Order Policy
(1)Cancel the order after placing the order in very short time
If you want to cancel the order before shipping out,we will charge you 5% of the order amount as our handling fee,because the account bank will charge us handling fee when we refund you.
If the item is out of stock,we notify you the matter,then you want to cancel the order.In this case we will give you full refund.
(2)Cancel the order after the items have been shipped out
We are sorry that the parcel has been shipped out,so we are unable to cancel the order for you.

2.Return Policy
(1) we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product,you must contact us within a week.All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee.
(2)Return and partial refund
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

3.Exchange Policy
Exchanges are treated as new orders in our company.You can wait until your return is received and a refund is issued before placing a new order.(There are 2 situation:If ur order has not been shipped out,then u can make exchage conveniently.If ur order has been shipped out, u still need make exchange,then u are responsible for the exchange shipping fee)
